 promote mindful, slow food via sustainable, environmentally-conscious offerings of local, artisan bread. 

 raison pan's  mother levain  [sourdough starter (local flour + water)], which has been growing, maturing, & blossoming since january 2022, goes into each loaf of hand - mixed dough, along with local heritage & ancient grain flours,​ water, & salt.​

 

 

 Licensed under the arizona cottage food law. ​

 bread baker's guild of america member. 

​​ all flour is arizona grown, grained, & milled.
